Our friend Wikipedia says she was the first female composer to have a complete book of music published. Here's "Stavasi il mio bel Sol," and also the link to IMSL where you can download the score.

In her first book of madrigals she wrote the following dedication to Isabella de Medici: “I want to teach the world as much as I can in this profession that is music, the vain error of men in pretending that they possess the gifts of intelligence and art, gifts that are never given to women.” This is “Il Vostro dipartir” and the link to imslp to download the score.

Casulana favored dramatic dialogue in her polyphonic works. This is demonstrated by her madrigal "Death of Void - Call Me?", in which she alternates different voices to highlight the questions and answers in the text. Below is the madrigal "Death of Void," the sixth in his second book of madrigals, as well as the link to IMSL to download the score.
