Austrian composer born in Linz, daughter of glassmaker Wilhelm Kralik and Louise Lobmeyr. Coming from a cultured and musical family, she grew up surrounded by classical music and began her musical studies with her mother, continuing with prominent maestros such as Anton Bruckner, Julius Epstein, and Franz Krenn. She studied composition at the Vienna Conservatory, where she won several awards.

We begin with her Violin Sonata. The score is available for download below.

Her first compositions were hymns and lyric poems based on texts by her brother Richard Kralik, a poet and philosopher. Throughout her career, she wrote works for piano, chamber music, orchestra, choir, and opera. Her work was well received in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with frequent performances at venues such as the Vienna Musikverein.

Listen to her Nonet in C minor, score included.

She was an active member of Viennese musical life, participating in musicians', writers', and choir associations. Although her work fell into obscurity after World War I, there has been a renewed interest in her music in the 21st century, with concerts dedicated to her legacy in Austria and Germany.

Listen to her Piano Trio in F major, without score.

There's a lot of her music on imslp, here's the link so you can check it out.

And finally, her Symphony in F minor, for which there was no score :(
